Data Processing


This page describes the procedure used by the website to process the personal data of the users visiting it. This Information to Data Subjects complies with art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code. The Information to Data Subjects only refers to the Hub Unigen Seeds Italy website and not others that may be consulted by the users via links.

Data Controller


After consultation of this site, data relating to persons, identified or identifiable, may be processed. The Data Controller is “Unigen Seeds Italy”, represented for this matter by its legal representative.

Data Processing Location


Data processing associated to the web services of this site shall take place at the headquarters of the company and shall be carried out by the technical staff of the Office in charge of processing or by the staff that may be carrying out occasional maintenance operations. 
The personal data given by the users who request to send information material by filling out specific forms shall be used exclusively to carry out the requested service and shall not be disclosed to third parties.

Types of Data Processed


Surfing Data


The computer systems and software procedures that operate the site acquire, during their routine operation, personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
